At Tri-Win, we understand that each overseas factories has its own unique natural conditions. That’s why we are committed to a design philosophy that adapts to the local environment, making the most of available resources while minimizing the environmental impact of our operations. Our factory design is a perfect reflection of this approach.

Innovative Roof Design, Harnessing Natural Light

At our Uni-Win factory, we implemented an innovative roof opening design that takes full advantage of the abundant sunlight in the region. This design was tailored to Myanmar’s long daylight hours, allowing the factory to operate without artificial lighting during the day. The result is a significant reduction in electricity consumption and a cooler working environment—an achievement in both energy efficiency and environmental sustainability.

This approach not only lowers operating costs but also reduces carbon emissions. By optimizing the use of natural resources, we have enhanced production efficiency while making a meaningful contribution to environmental protection.

Innovative Lighting Design, Utilizing Renewable Resources

Inside our factory, we’ve replaced traditional fluorescent or halogen lighting with energy-efficient LED fixtures. LEDs not only provide superior energy efficiency but also allow for brightness adjustment based on need. Compared   to traditional lighting, LEDs are more cost-effective, helping to lower overall electricity costs, reduce energy consumption, and conserve resources.

Outside the factory, we’ve integrated solar-powered lighting across our expansive     grounds. Leveraging Myanmar’s abundant sunlight, these solar lights store energy during the day and illuminate the premises at night without drawing from the power grid. Solar lights are durable, safe, and require minimal maintenance, offering high practicality and low operational costs. By tapping into renewable energy, this lighting solution maximizes the benefit of local sunlight, further reducing energy consumption and contributing to a greener environment.

From design concept to practical application, Tri-Win continues to place sustainability at the heart of our corporate strategy. Through concrete actions, we fulfill our commitment to the environment and society, striving to meet environmental goals at every stage of our operations. We believe that true, long-term sustainability can only be achieved through careful planning and a comprehensive, thoughtful approach.
