lExtensive workshop production experience in the leather goods industry (previously worked as a sewing operator or table operator).
lProven experience in production line management within the leather goods industry (served as a team leader or supervisor for sewing positions).
lStrong experience in pattern making for leather goods.
lSolid expertise in mold making.
l2–3 years of supervisory experience in the mold engineering department of a large factory.
Salary
Annual salary: 160,000–200,000 CNY (Monthly: 13,000–16,000 CNY).
