lOver 10 years of experience in production management within manufacturing enterprises, with at least 5 years in lean production management.
lProficient in lean methodologies and skilled in utilizing lean tools.
lExpertise in production scheduling and line balancing in industries such as leather goods, bags, or apparel manufacturing.
lStrong ability in process improvement and on-site optimization.
lExcellent communication and coordination skills, hardworking, and possessing exceptional teamwork spirit.
lAge: Male candidates under 53 years; female candidates under 48 years.
Salary
Annual salary: 240,000–300,000 CNY (Monthly: 20,000–25,000 CNY).
